How long does it take to receive my custom piece?

Our custom Mrs necklaces are made just for you and take approximately 4–5 weeks to create and deliver.

Can I rush my order?

Yes. We offer express shipping on eligible orders. Please select express shipping at checkout.

How many letters can I have in my custom necklace?

Our custom pieces fit up to 12 letters, which is perfect for most future last names 👰 If your name is longer, many brides choose abbreviations like “Mrs W” or “Mrs Pizz”

What’s the difference between the OG Mrs and the Custom Mrs?

  • OG Mrs: Ready-to-ship style, available in gold and silver
  • Custom Mrs: Made especially for you with your new last name
    Both feature our signature sparkle and luxe finish.

Can I order in gold and silver?

Absolutely. Both options are available so you can choose what suits your bridal vibe best.

How should I care for my necklace?

To keep your piece sparkling:

  • Store it in your Mrs in the Making box
  • Avoid contact with perfumes and lotions
  • Remove before swimming or showering
  • Use a soft cloth to keep it shiny

Can I buy a necklace as a gift?

Of course. Our pieces make the perfect engagement, bridal shower, hens or wedding-morning gift. We also offer gift cards if you’d like them to choose their own sparkle ✨

Do you ship internationally?

Not just yet — but it’s something we’re working towards very soon!

How will my jewellery be packaged?

Each piece arrives in our luxe Mrs in the Making box, carefully wrapped with a love note — ready to gift (or keep for yourself 💌).

Apparel Sizing & Fit

Our apparel is designed to be comfortable, flattering, and made for celebrating — from brunches to bachelorettes, to the wedding morning and everything in between.

We recommend checking the size guide on each product page before ordering. If you’re between sizes, we suggest sizing up for a more relaxed fit.

Returns & Exchanges

Because many of our pieces are made especially for you, please read carefully before ordering.

Personalised items:

All personalised items (including custom jewellery and made-to-order apparel) are final sale. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds on personalised pieces unless the item is faulty.

Standard (non-personalised) items:

  • Exchanges or credit note only (no refunds)
  • Must be returned within 7 days of delivery
  • Must be unworn, unused, and in original packaging
  • To start an exchange, please email us with your name, order number, and reason for return 

Orders & Payments

What if there’s an issue with my order?

If your order arrives damaged or not quite right, please email us with photos within 48 hours of receiving it and we’ll sort it out ASAP.

What payment options do you offer?

We accept all major credit cards and PayPal. Afterpay is also available — because every future Mrs deserves a little sparkle now ✨
